Der Online Konfigurator steht immer mal wieder in der Kritik. Vor kurzem hat Skoda nochmal ein wenig am Online-Tool\u00a0geschraubt. Das Modell-Karussell\u00a0wurde\u00a0durch eine\u00a0simplen Fahrzeug\u00fcbersicht ersetzt. Au\u00dferdem ist das Zubeh\u00f6r nun in Kategorien aufgeteilt, was die Suche\u00a0\u00fcbersichtlicher macht.<\/p>\n

Ein Test der Computerbild<\/a> zeigt die schw\u00e4chen des Online-Tools auf. Dem Skoda Konfigurator fehlt es an Basis-Infos zur Serienausstattung. Au\u00dferdem bem\u00e4ngelt die Computerbild\u00a0die schlechte Funktionalit\u00e4t auf Smartphones.<\/p>\n

Letztendlich reicht es f\u00fcr Platz neun von zw\u00f6lf getesteten Online Tools. Die\u00a0hinteren R\u00e4ngen ist Skoda von den Fahrzeugtests nicht gewohnt. Doch das Problem ist erkannt und\u00a0Skoda Deutschland schraubt offensichtlich an einer L\u00f6sung. \u00dcber diesen Link<\/a> kommt ihr auf einen\u00a03D-Konfigurator in einer fr\u00fchen Testphase. Das Tool kann noch nicht produktiv genutzt werden, daf\u00fcr fehlen noch die\u00a0Preise und Ausstattungen. Aber man bekommt ein erstes Gef\u00fchl,\u00a0wie der Konfigurator in Zukunft aussehen wird.<\/p>\n

Der\u00a0schicke 3D-Konfigurator wird\u00a0bereits in einigen L\u00e4ndern eingesetzt, zum Beispiel in Tschechien<\/a>. \u00a0Da man auf ein bestehendes System aufbaut kann die Umsetzung f\u00fcr den deutschen Markt recht z\u00fcgig gehen.<\/p>\n

Besonders gut gef\u00e4llt mir die Auswahl der Sonderausstattungen. Aussagekr\u00e4ftige Bilder und ausf\u00fchrliche\u00a0Informationen laden zum st\u00f6bern ein. Wer m\u00f6chte kann sein Fahrzeug auf\u00a0Facebook teilen oder sich ein Hintergrundbild seiner Konfiguration abspeichern. Der neue\u00a0Konfigurator l\u00e4sst sich auch auf einem Apple Ger\u00e4t \u00f6ffnen.<\/p>\n
