Der Fabia III basiert demnach zum gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil\u00a0auf der\u00a0modernen <strong>MQB<\/strong>-Plattform, nutzt aber auch\u00a0Teile\u00a0der\u00a0<strong>PQ26<\/strong>\u00a0sowie\u00a0wenige Elemente\u00a0der\u00a0<strong>PQ25 <\/strong>Plattform. Diese Informationen hat man aus &#8222;offizieller Quelle&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eine kurze Reise durch den\u00a0Plattform-Dschungel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Volkswagen-Konzern nutzt das Plattformkonzept, um die Entwicklungskosten\u00a0zu senken\u00a0und die Technologien Konzern\u00fcbergreifend zu nutzten. Die Bezeichnungen sind folgenderma\u00dfen aufgebaut: Das <strong>P<\/strong> f\u00fcr eine PKW-Plattform, <strong>Q<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Einbaurichtung des Motors (Quer), die <strong>2<\/strong> steht f\u00fcr die Fahrzeugklasse (Kleinwagen) und aus der letzten Zahl l\u00e4sst sich die Generation ableiten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Plattform\u00a0<strong>PQ24 <\/strong>ist die\u00a0Basis des\u00a0<strong>Fabia I und Fabia II<\/strong>, wobei diese beim Fabia II modifiziert wurde.\u00a0Auf der\u00a0f\u00fcnften Generation\u00a0<strong>PQ25<\/strong>\u00a0basiert unter anderem der Audi A1 und der Polo (Vor-Facelift). Das aktuelle Facelift des VW Polo nutzt die sechste Generation <strong>PQ26.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Und dann\u00a0ist da noch der <a href=\"http:\/\/magazin.volkswagen.de\/7-fragen-modularer-querbaukasten.html\" target=\"_blank\">modulare Querbaukasten<\/a> (<strong>MQB).<\/strong>\u00a0Das neue Plattformkonzept steht f\u00fcr mehr Platz im Innenraum, eine verbesserte Sicherheit, ein verringertes Gewicht und verbrauchsg\u00fcnstigere Motoren.\u00a0Der MQB\u00a0wird im aktuellen Golf 7, Audi A3, Seat Leon III und nat\u00fcrlich im aktuellen Skoda Octavia III eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Skoda bedient sich f\u00fcr den neuen Fabia im Konzernregal und baut aus den unterschiedlichen Modulen eine\u00a0Mischplattform. Man setzt also auf bew\u00e4hrtes und kann gleichzeitig auf modernste Technologie zur\u00fcck greifen. Nicht die schlechteste Idee. Sollten sich diese Informationen best\u00e4tigen, dann hat es offenbar kurzfristig einen Kurswechsel gegeben.
